Qualifications

• Knowledge of workforce management and scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily/weekly employee schedules.
• Monitor staffing levels and identify scheduling gaps.
• Manage shift changes, time-off requests, and schedule adjustments.
• Analyze staffing data to support workforce planning.
• Coordinate with Operations and WFM teams.
• Ensure schedules meet business requirements and service levels.
