Job summary

The Unique Prime Consultant Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Sales leader to drive wealth management and investment advisory engagements across Southeast Asia.

You will lead development of strategies, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in wealth management or advisory with a proven track record in regional business development, client acquisition, and regulatory awareness across Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• MBA, CFA, or CFP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in wealth management, business consulting, or investment advisory, preferably in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire, grow, and retain strategic and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to support client retention and growth.
• Analyze clients’ business needs and propose suitable products, solutions, and commercial proposals to meet those needs.
• Prepare detailed quotations, presentations, tender submissions, and sales proposals to support client acquisition.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to achieve profitable business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor account performance, sales targets, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic adjustments.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and account plans for management review.
• Resolve client issues promptly and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions as required.
