• Plan and curate content calendars, lead promotional campaigns, and direct integrated digital marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
• Lead, mentor, and empower an in-house team of content creators while building strong working relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign metrics and ROI using data-driven insights to refine strategy and maximize performance.
