Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a senior Risk Head to lead the Risk Management function within the organization. The role reports to the Corporate Governance Committee and collaborates with the President to align risk policies with financial regulations and IT security standards.

The incumbent will drive enterprise risk governance, business continuity, data governance, fraud management, and cybersecurity roadmaps while supervising risk reporting and talent development for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional Certification (FRM, PRM, CFA, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant financial risk management experience in banking and financial services, preferably in remittance, foreign exchange, or branch/cash operations.
• Strong knowledge of BSP regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise risk governance and policy development aligned with regulations.
• Lead business continuity, data governance, fraud management, and cybersecurity roadmaps.
• Report Top Risks to Management and Board; update risk reports.
• Provide training on risk policies and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
• Develop risk financing and insurance programs; manage risk financing activities.
• Develop talent within Risk Management team; succession planning.
