Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of purchasing experience in a Commissary, Hotel, or Restaurant Group.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for procuring raw materials, packaging, and supplies efficiently.
• Identify reliable suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid production halts or spoilage.
• Ensure that procured items comply with Food Safety standards.
