Thomson Reuters in Manila seeks a Proposal Specialist to join the Proposal Resources team. You will collaborate across Sales, Legal, and SME groups to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other procurement requests, ensuring compliant, high-quality submissions.

The role emphasizes leveraging Qvidian/Loopio for content, hosting kickoff calls, managing timelines, and driving process improvements while maintaining human-in-the-loop oversight to balance speed with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) required.
• Superior English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must take ownership of projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills; quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and SMEs to respond to formal solicitations.
• Host kickoff calls and project touch-base meetings through RFx lifecycle.
• Respond to questions using Qvidian content and ensure compliance.
• Prepare customer-facing responses and required forms and disclosures.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline RFx review while maintaining human oversight.
• Maintain and enhance the proposal content repository (Qvidian) for efficiency.
• Report proposal activity and assist with metrics.
• Support Proposal Managers on complex solicitations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Explore generative AI to streamline processes and communications.
• Identify areas for process improvements to improve proposal success.
