Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior technology leader to drive AI initiatives within its Legal group in Manila. The role involves shaping flagship AI and legal technology programs, translating legal needs into concrete tech requirements, designing pilot projects, and guiding adoption and measurement across global teams.

You will collaborate with CIO and Legal teams to ensure practical, trusted, and compliant solutions, while contributing to governance and risk mitigation embedded into each delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to flagship legal technology and AI initiatives across Accenture Legal, including pilot design, implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement technology and AI solutions, ensuring they are practical, trusted and compliant.
• Translate complex legal needs into clear technology requirements, working closely with Legal teams, CIO and other cross‑functional teams.
• Support day‑to‑day technology and AI operations, service delivery and stakeholder support for global legal teams.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize high‑value AI and legal technology use cases based on business needs, feasibility, risk, and expected impact.
• Support technology roadmaps, business cases, and program governance for Legal AI initiatives.
• Monitor initiative performance and adoption metrics and recommend continuous improvements.

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Delivery of priority AI and legal technology initiatives against agreed roadmaps
• Adoption and satisfaction among Legal users
• Reduction of manual work and improved efficiency in legal workflows
• Effective governance, controls, and risk mitigation embedded into solutions

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in technology, AI, digital transformation, product delivery, or related fields.
• Experience designing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience evaluating, configuring, or integrating third‑party AI and legal technology solutions.
• Familiarity with data governance, information protection, and responsible AI principles.
• Experience supporting AI or digital transformation initiatives within an in‑house legal department or professional services environment.
