Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field can be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Purchases for Admin/MMD/Logistics/Production Supplies
• On-time Delivery of Materials for Admin/MMD/Logistics/Production Supplies
• Monitoring and closing of P.O. prepared by him/her
• Prepare costing for the Projects requested by Engineering
• Process purchases request of Supplies for Admin
• Process purchases request of Supplies for MIMD
• Process purchases request of Supplies for Production
• Process purchase request for Logistics Supplies
• Process Purchase request for Calibration and PM of Lab Equipment's
• Process requests for payment for Supplier's need for Down Payment and Progress Billing
• Resolving vendor disputes and discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate records of purchases and contracts
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned
