The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of print design experience, a degree in Multimedia Arts or related field, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Multimedia Arts / Fine Arts / Advertising / Marketing / Communication Arts or any relevant discipline
• 3-5 years of print design experience in Publishing/Advertising/Marketing/Media
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
• Background in pre-press production (Artworking)
• Impressive portfolio with multi-page layouts in InDesign and PowerPoint
• Strong graphic design sense and layout skills
• Creative, analytical and strategic in work approach
• Reliable technical skills for design projects
• Able to work with urgency and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail in workflow and processes
• Flexible with diverse design projects
• Good command of English and ability to coordinate with foreign counterparts

Responsibilities

• Understands brief and design requirements from clients/stakeholders
• Delivers artwork according to quality standards and on time
• Works according to established production flow and tools
• Coordinates with team leads/stakeholders and provides progress updates
• Manages time/workload for quick revisions and turnaround
• Prepares pre-press package of final artwork
• Takes on diverse design projects using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS PowerPoint, Word
