Job summary

BPI Tokyo Century Rental Corporation is seeking an experienced MIS & Corporate Planning professional in Makati to drive analytics, governance, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate brings broad exposure to enterprise systems and strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include overseeing leasing, billing, contracts, asset management, and finance processes, plus governance and security practices. On-site role with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Education in Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics, Business or Economics.
• At least 5–7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, leasing/fleet systems, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with leasing, billing, contracts, asset management, or finance processes.
• Understanding of data governance; analytics/BI tools is a plus.
• Exposure to ITIL practices (incident, problem, change management).
• Awareness of information security and access governance.
• Strong leadership presence to earn trust and credibility.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities.
