Axos Business Center, Corp is seeking a senior Marketing Analytics lead to design scalable measurement frameworks and guide strategic decisions for the US-based marketing leadership. You will drive multi-touch attribution, marketing mix analyses, and cohort insights while mentoring junior staff and delivering self-service analytics infrastructure.

Formación

• 5+ years in marketing analytics with 2+ years in a senior/lead role.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and large dataset experience.
• Deep expertise in GA4 and Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud.
• Proven track record building measurement frameworks from scratch.
• Strong business communication translating analytics for executives.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own scalable measurement frameworks across channels.
• Lead advanced analyses: multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modeling.
• Partner with Directors/VPs to define what gets measured and why.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting infrastructure.
• Ensure data governance and definitional consistency across GA4, Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Workfront.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts; review work for rigor.
