Responsibilities

• Source and purchase raw materials, production supplies, and equipment for manufacturing
• Process purchase orders (PO) accurately and on time
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams
• Ensure materials meet required specifications and quality standards
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Evaluate supplier performance (Cost, Quality, Delivery)
• Monitor market trends and identify alternative suppliers
• Coordinate with accounting for billing and payment concerns
• Maintain complete and organized purchasing records
