Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee planning and governance for complex initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience as a project manager for large programs and the ability to lead teams across multiple projects.

The candidate will drive development of coordinated plans, monitor progress, manage budgets and risks, and mentor junior project managers to achieve strategic outcomes. This position emphasizes customer outcomes and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years as an IT professional with 5+ years in Project Management.
• Full product lifecycle experience from initiation to deployment for major/minor initiatives.
• Certifications such as PSM II and PMP are a plus.
• Knowledge areas include Project Management, Resource Management, Stakeholder Management, Financial Management, Governance.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of plans and programs to meet department goals.
• Owns full project lifecycle for one or several initiatives.
• Delivers progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations to sponsors.
• Monitors outcomes and resolves issues, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
• Ensures Customer Success Management processes are implemented.
• Manages daily program management throughout the program life cycle.
• Defines program governance and overall strategy and progress.
