Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp, a Philippine-based publicly listed company, is seeking an Investment Analyst to support the Strategy & Investment Team in evaluating expansion opportunities, M&A, and corporate finance initiatives.

You will perform market research, financial analysis, due diligence, and prepare investment materials, working with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Investor Relations. The role involves coordinating timelines and presenting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, M&A, consulting, strategy, investment, or related field; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong financial and quantitative analysis skills.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise recommendations and presentations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Willingness to work on cross-border transactions and collaborate with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investment research and opportunity sourcing across markets.
• Support screening and assessment of domestic and overseas targets.
• Build industry databases, market maps, and investment trackers.
• Monitor regulatory developments and market trends.
• Support due diligence, data collection, and analysis.
• Prepare company profiles, market assessments, valuations, financial models, and summaries.
• Coordinate transaction documents, data requests, meetings with stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing materials for management, shareholders, Board discussions, and negotiations.
• Track milestones and support post-M&A integration planning.
