Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or equivalent.
• Must be a fresh graduate who is top 10% of class, a Dean's Lister, or Latin honors (Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Cum Laude).
• Excellent oral and written communication, strong presentation skills, and high computational/numerical ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist departments in strategic corporate planning and general business development.
• Participate in training and seminars across divisions to understand the motorcycle retail business.
• Analyze operational data to help management make informed decisions.
• Execute sales and marketing management duties, including product knowledge presentations and customer service.
• Aid in managing branch performance metrics, driving profitability and ensuring compliance.
