• Experience advising on tech contracts and software agreements

Responsibilities

• Review global software products and provide legal risk analyses and mitigation
• Collaborate with business teams and legal SMEs across geographies
• Develop guidance, templates and trainings for go-to-market of software products
• Support playbooks, processes and deal support for the contracting team
• Assist with legal research and production of guidance materials
