Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration required.
• Experience in completing result-oriented projects and ability to manage priorities in international business environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High sense of urgency in handling tasks and interfacing with different levels.
• APICS/DPSM certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and canvassing requirements from planners and engineers.
• Execute, update, expedite RFQs.
• Check PDM, Agile, ESI.
• Coordinate with planners, engineers, warehouse, CM, CE, traffic, PCO and suppliers.
• PO issuance and monitoring; update Open PO reports.
• Supplier evaluation through scorecards and RCIA updates.
• Facilitate shipments with UPS for Asia vendors.
