Beyond Horizon Group (BHG) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Metro Manila. You will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting strategic business decisions.

The role covers month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, and subsidiary reporting with variance analysis to provide actionable insights to management. Strong Excel skills and professional qualifications are required.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related field.
External Audit experience is required, preferably with a Big 4 accounting firm.
Professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA or Big 4 experience is required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline

Responsibilities

Month-end Closing & Reconciliation: Perform month-end closing activities and conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Budgeting: Assist in the development of the annual corporate budget and periodic financial forecasts.
Subsidiary / Business Unit Financial Reporting & Budget Analysis: Review and analyze budgets and financial statements submitted by each subsidiary / business unit.
Reasonableness and Variance Analysis: Transform raw financial data into clear, actionable insights and reports, identify root causes, and support management decisions.
