Scrubbed in the Philippines seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Finance team. You will develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets, conduct analyses, interpret variances, and deliver dashboards and management reports with actionable insights for clients.

You will supervise 1–2 junior analysts, coach their growth, and support teammates across clients. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to Scrubbed's empathetic culture under tight

• Proven leadership within corporate finance teams.
• Experience coaching junior analysts.
• Strong financial modeling and budgeting skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations and relationships.

Responsabilités

• Handle projects from start to close with direct client communication.
• Manage and supervise 1-2 junior analysts per project.
• Develop annual budget, financial model, rolling forecast, KPI dashboards, FP&A support, and CFO-related tasks.
• Provide insights and recommendations to clients.
