You will lead a team of financial analysts, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and implement planning tools to enhance reporting and decision support. A strong FP&A background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required.
• 4 or 8 years in managerial role.
• Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills: FP&A manager must possess excellent analytical skills to evaluate financial information and identify areas of concern or improvement.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: As Budget and Planning manager, effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are vital to interact with various stakeholders and lead audit teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the annual budgeting process with department heads to establish financial targets and operational plans.
• Coordinate the creation of detailed financial forecasts and projections for long-term planning and goal setting.
• Monitor and analyze budget-to-actual performance and propose corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports with KPIs and metrics to senior management.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with business units to evaluate financial feasibility of new projects and pricing strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of financial analysts, fostering collaboration and development.
• Evaluate and implement financial planning software and BI tools.
