Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to lead end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across key projects.

You will build dynamic models, evaluate feasibility, monitor KPIs, and deliver insights to leaders and executives, collaborating with project managers and accounting teams.

A Bachelor's in Finance or related field and 3–5 years of experience, with Excel, SAP, and Anaplan skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, project finance, or corporate accounting; energy industry experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex financial modeling) and PowerPoint; SAP and Anaplan are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain complex, project-specific financial models; conduct market benchmarking and analyses.
• Track real-time financial metrics, perform variance analysis, and report to executives.
• Identify financial risks and cost overruns; propose corrective actions to leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and provide monthly, quarterly, and project-based updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, accounting teams, and business units to ensure alignment.
