Job summary

Indie Campers in Manila is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to drive operational, financial, and strategic decision support for a regional scope. You will build and analyze reports, models, and forecasts to guide budgeting and performance management.

You will work with the Finance Director and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, deliver insights, and support cost optimization initiatives, with a values-driven culture of integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Self-motivation with initiative.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
