Job summary

The Oriental Hotels and Resorts seeks a Finance Manager to oversee the organization’s financial health, lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will drive strategic financial planning and mentor a team of accountants and analysts.

You will manage closing processes, working capital, tax compliance, and audits while delivering timely statements in line with GAAP/IFRS, shaping the company’s financial strategy for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic financial modeling
• Track financial performance against business targets and analyze variance drivers
• Conduct feasibility analysis and strategic modeling for capital investments or new initiatives
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
• Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with local standard accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
• Manage working capital, cash flows, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll functions
• Ensure full compliance with tax laws, statutory obligations, and internal control policies
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits
• Identify financial risks (credit, market, operational) and establish mitigation controls
• Direct and mentor junior accountants, financial analysts, and support staff
