Job summary

Oxfam Pilipinas is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and operations across our programs and partner networks in the Philippines.

You will drive budgeting, financial planning, risk management, audits, and donor reporting, ensuring strong controls and compliance with statutory and donor requirements. The role requires advanced accounting expertise and leadership in a fast-paced NGO environment in Manila.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent.
• Five to seven years of senior financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits and governance interactions.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Experience with donor funding and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial controls, policies, and governance are in place and reviewed.
• Monitor budgeting processes and financial reporting to Boards and governance bodies.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, and audits.
• Manage cash flow, grants, and donor compliance.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance for resource allocation and strategy.
• Support partner financial monitoring and capacity building.
