SKEWD FOOD CONCEPTS INC is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting in Pasig, Metro Manila. The role partners with Management, Accounting, HR, and Operations to support sound business decisions and maintain financial stability.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, 3–5 years in finance, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and experience with tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting/finance/related field.
• Experience in food & beverage industry is an advantage.
• 3–5 years in finance, accounting, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and accounting principles.
• Experience with tax, government compliance, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting activities.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, AR, AP, and expenses.
• Ensure timely government and tax reports and payments.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and government agencies.
• Review payroll financial requirements and funding; ensure timely processing.
• Monitor client billing, collections, invoices, and payment schedules.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Analyze financial performance and provide management recommendations.
• Identify cost control and efficiency opportunities.
