Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a fast-paced finance team. You will support Corporate Finance, FP&A and the Expense team, ensuring accurate data, timely close and high-quality reporting; you will validate data and resolve discrepancies using advanced Excel skills.

The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities, with experience handling large data sets, complex reports and multiple priorities during quarter-end

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Finance, FP&A, and Expense teams to ensure continuity, accuracy and timely execution of processes.
• Assist with quarterly close and planning cycles and related reporting.
• Prepare journal entries and financial schedules using multiple financial systems.
• Validate data and resolve discrepancies to ensure reliable financial reporting.
