Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT or security related roles.
• At least 2 years in Application Security and Infrastructure Security.
• Experience in CI/CD and system environment maintenance.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Proficiency in automated testing.
• Familiar with shift-left security concepts (static and dynamic analysis, OSS risk).

Responsibilities

• Lead the DevSecOps roadmap and promote agile, secure, and automated delivery across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with security, core banking, digital and IT enablers to modernize delivery.
• Modernize software delivery pipelines with CI/CD, IaC, and automated gates.
• Redesign release management and environment provisioning to reduce bottlenecks.
• Embed security early in SDLC with static/dynamic analysis, OSS risk mgmt.
• Define IT environment strategy including non-production and disaster recovery.
• Set up governance metrics to track adoption of secure practices and risk alignment.
• Mentor teams on reliability, automated testing, code quality, incident management.
• Stay current with emerging tech and ensure integration into pipelines and teams.
• Support IT initiatives by aligning with DevSecOps standards and security requirements.
