Job summary

AIA is seeking a data science professional to apply deep learning, machine learning, reinforcement learning, NLP and other techniques to diverse business requirements. You will collect and wrangle data, develop models, monitor performance, and collaborate with business units to deploy analytics solutions, building governance for analytics across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Statistics/Math/Data Science/CS and 3+ years of data-focused experience, with Python, SQL, Tableau

Responsibilities

• Collect, extract, and wrangle data used to perform analytic modelling.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms for various data sets based on business requirements.
• Develop processes/tools to monitor, assess, and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
• Develop testing frameworks and test model quality.
• Coordinate with business units to implement models or processes/tools.
• Develop governance/framework to establish analytics practice across the organization.
