The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience managing data teams, familiarity with AWS and Databricks, and a solid background in data governance and analytics strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing data teams.
• ITIL4 Managing Professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transform enterprise data into actionable business intelligence for strategic and operational decisions.
• Oversee data governance, BI platforms, data warehousing, dashboards, predictive analytics, KPI management and advanced reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, security, and alignment with organizational goals to empower executives.
