Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

• Strong analytical skills with ability to influence decisions.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost control strategies to improve profitability.
• Oversee cost and variance analysis, defining corrective actions.
• Manage inventory controls, cycle counts, and reporting.
• Utilize ERP to generate accurate cost and inventory reports.
• Lead and develop the cost and inventory team, ensuring deadlines.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and finance for process improvements.
