• Estimate cost for construction project.

• Coordinate with the purchasing department for price updates.
• Carry out feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs.
• Prepare and update cost database.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentation.
• Bid Evaluation, Recommendation and Rating.
• Undertake cost analysis.
• Perform risk, value engineering and cost control.
• Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors.
• Monitor warehouse inventory and report to accounting department.
• Price/forecast the cost of materials needed for the project.
• Monitor cash flow projections and report variances to senior management.
• Keep track of developments in estimating procedures.
• Supervises the Quantity Surveyor.
