Job summary

Citi in the Philippines is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to handle a range of administrative and financial oversight tasks. You will summarize budgets, monitor reports, conduct cost analysis, and support audits while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk controls.

The role involves coordinating with teams on budget preparation, verifying financial data, and driving prudent decisions that protect Citi and its clients. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of business analysis experience required.
• Experience creating documentation within standard development methodology.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests
• Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls
• Review budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformity with procedures and regulations
• Monitor the preparation of regular and special budget reports
• Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis and fiscal allocation
• Analyze budgetary/accounting data and provide financial recommendations
• Gather and verify accuracy of financial records
• Assess risk with respect to compliance with laws, policies and safeguarding CitiGroup, its clients and assets
