Qualifications

• Familiar with tasks for a PEZA-registered Japanese company, including PEZA applications.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Accounting Manager.
• Extensive experience in general accounting.
• Experience in preparing Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the accounting department, including budget preparation and forecasts.
• Develop and manage accounting control systems ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage cash flows to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Lead daily accounting operations and staff development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
• Support initiatives for accounting process enhancements.
