• Clearances and documentation required (NBI, Barangay Clearances, Birth Certificate, College Diploma and TOR).

• Prepare and implement guidelines and strong Accounting policies.
• Manage and control all financial activities of the company.
• Prepare and review monthly Financial report.
• Monitor accounting and compensation for staff.
• Validate accuracy of payroll and employee benefits.
