Job summary

Metro Pacific Water Solutions Inc in the Philippines is seeking a field supervisor to oversee STP operations in the assigned area, perform monthly maintenance, and coordinate with the process engineer on repairs and equipment installation.

The role requires on-site supervision, liaison with clients, and readiness to respond to emergencies in the STPs. Overtime recommendations are part of the duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant operations and operators in assigned area
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance check
• Perform monthly internal sampling activities
• Schedule and supervise regular maintenance activities such as cleaning of contact tank, declogging of pumps, and cleaning of blowers
• Submit preventive maintenance forms and applicable plant job reports signed by client to process engineer every month
• Perform repair works in the STP such as sealing of piping leaks and replacement of defective valves
• Perform replacement or installation of STP equipment such as pumps and solenoid valves
• Recommend needed repair or replacement works to process engineer for formal endorsement to client
• Act as liaison between clients on-site and process engineer, and between operators and process engineer
• Carry out process-related tasks and adjustments as directed by process engineer
• Physically supervise commissioning of new STPs under the direction of process engineer
• Assist and guide client-facilitated STP activities such as hauling of tanks or installation of equipment not supplied by ESTII
• Respond to emergency situations for the STPs in the assigned area
• Recommend for approval the overtime of operators to process engineer.
