Job summary

CPIP is seeking a qualified engineer to oversee the daily operation of the STP and related facilities in Calamba, Laguna. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Sanitary & Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering and a valid engineering license, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Oversee daily operation of STP and other associated facilities.
• Monitor overall condition and performance of STP.
• Investigate abnormal plant conditions and implement corrective measures.
• Supervise STP operators.
• Documentation and Reporting.
• Support environmental compliance (land, water, air or HW handling).
• Safety and housekeeping monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement for STP and environmental compliance.
