Responsibilities

• Edit video content for broadcast and digital platforms.
• Assemble raw footage into clear, engaging stories.
• Create news packages, interviews, explainers, reels and short-form videos.
• Add graphics, titles, captions, transitions, sound effects, and music.
• Prepare videos in formats for different platforms.
• Collaborate with writers, reporters, producers, and social media staff.
• Help develop visual style for upcoming broadcast.
• Create basic motion graphics when required.
• Assist in gathering visual assets as needed.
• Organize video files and assets.
• Ensure content is factually accurate and editorially consistent.
• Meet production deadlines, including quick-turnaround content.
• Stay updated on video, editing, and digital storytelling trends.
