Job Description

● Assist in organizing and maintaining store inventory.

● Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.

● Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

● Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries.

● Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store premises.

● Monitor product expiration dates and report discrepancies.

● Operate basic store equipment (e.g., barcode scanners, POS systems) as required.

● Support the store team during promotions or sales events.

● High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.

● Previous experience in retail or store assistance is an advantage but not required.

● Physically fit and able to lift and carry items up to 20kg.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Customer service-oriented and able to handle inquiries politely.

● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
