SM Hypermarket Cadiz is hiring a Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor to drive sales growth, manage daily operations, and maintain a clean, organized store. The role requires leadership, strong people skills, and experience in retail environments.

You will set up displays, supervise staff, greet customers, and ensure compliance with policies while reporting performance to HQ and management. Multi-tasking and coaching abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.
• 5 Year(s) of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Required Skill(s): Organizational, Leadership, Communications, People Management, Coaching, Merchandising.
• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years experience in Sales - Retail/General.
• Amenable to work in SM Hypermarket Cadiz.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Maintain safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items.
• Report to HQ and Superior on sales, staffing, assignments.
• Submit documents to HQ and Superior.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Asst/Branch Manager.
