Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep store tidy and clean, monitor stock levels.
• Organize and arrange merchandise for display.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store compliance with laws and SOPs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise staff; evaluate performance.
• Guide team on efficient operations and safety.
