Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Required languages: Filipino, English.
• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years of experienced employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes.
• Complete, update and report sales and new staff hiring to HQ.
• Send documents related to HQ and superiors.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Branch Manager.
