Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any Business course.
• At least 2 years of supervisory retail management experience and Store Operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge in retail operations, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the store
• Lead and monitor the performance of all Store Personnel
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns and complaints
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Oversee cashiering operations, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation
• Ensure proper receiving, display, replenishment, and releasing of merchandise
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with Head Office
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure inventory accuracy
• Prepare and submit required operational reports, including sales, inventory, and incident reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, mall regulations, and safety standards
