Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Sales.
• 5 years retail experience.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and people-management skills.
• Supervisor/5+ years' experience preferred.
• Amenable to work in Waltermart Caloocan.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure proper management of daily operations.
• Maintain a tidy and clean store environment.
• Organize merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store safety and legal compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team for effective operations.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order needed items.
• Report to HQ and superior on sales and staffing.
• Prepare related documents for HQ/Superior.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Take on other duties as assigned by the Asst/Branch Manager.

• Daily Bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
