Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay. You will drive store sales, supervise daily operations, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and merchandising skills, with experience in retail. You will ensure compliance with policies, maintain a tidy store, and report performance to HQ and the branch manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Filipino and English languages required.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years in sales - retail/general or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & serving customers.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, training, coaching & disciplining employees; monitoring & appraising job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees & customers by ensuring a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & ordering own-use items & small notes as needed.
• Complete, update & report to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
