MR DIY Philippines at Timog Avenue is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires strong leadership, merchandising, and people management to coordinate a busy retail team.

You will oversee displays, stock, staff coaching, and compliance with store policies and legal requirements, reporting to the Branch Manager. This full-time position is based in NCR and offers negotiable terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years' retail experience.
• Key skills: organizational, leadership, communication, people management, coaching, merchandising.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years in sales - retail.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets and drive growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Manage daily store operations.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements to protect staff and customers.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance on effective operations.
• Maintain safe and clean store environment.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
