Job summary

MR.DIY Philippines is seeking an experienced store supervisor in Tayug Pangasinan to drive sales and oversee daily operations.

The role requires 5 years of retail experience, a Bachelor's degree, and fluency in Filipino and English. You will set up displays, manage staff, and ensure compliance with SOPs while maintaining a safe, organized store.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items & small notes needed.
• Complete, update & report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
