Job summary

MR. D.I.Y. Philippines is seeking a capable Retail Store Supervisor to drive sales growth and oversee daily store operations at SM Hypermarket Handumanan.

You will manage merchandise displays, lead a team, ensure SOP compliance, and provide coaching for staff while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field is required.
• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Required languages: Filipino and English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.

• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.

• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.

• Working within established Guideline & SOP.

• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
