Mr DIY Philippines is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor for its San Juan branch to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining merchandising standards.

You will recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff, organize stock, monitor store safety, and report results to HQ. A strong background in retail leadership and a stable track record are essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store's daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & Serving Customer.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach & discipline employees; monitor & appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees & customers by providing a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & order own use items & small notes needed.
• Complete, update & report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
