MR-DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor for our San Jose Antique location. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and maintaining a clean, organized selling floor while leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership, coaching, and merchandising skills. Willingness to work in San Jose Antique is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• Languages: Filipino, English.
• 5 years of experience in Retail.
• Supervisor/5+ years in Sales preferred.
• Amenable to work in San Jose Antique.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise performance.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and Superior.
• Send documents to HQ and Superior.
• Work within SOP and established guidelines.
• Any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
