Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise.
• Provide guidance to team on operations.
• Protect staff and customers by ensuring a safe store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and petty cash.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Any other duties from Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
